A video of three uniformed policemen who didn't stop and arrested
a man with a gun at SM Rosales in Pangasinan, is circulating on
social media sites.
The incident happened yesterday, with police officers doing nothing after seeing the man with a gun outside the mall. The officers made no arrest as well or responded safely when the suspect approached them.
They even let the suspect approach the mall and
scared the shoppers and the people nearby.
Shoppers and spectators fled to safety upon seeing the suspect.
Meanwhile the officers who were earlier seen in the video didn't make a move.
Shots were fired while the suspect was heard shouting. After a few
gunshots the suspect approached the officers. This time one of them made a bold
move; a failed flying kick was thrown. The second attack however knocked the
suspect unconscious.
