When a machete is scarier than a gun

A man with a gun suddenly burst into a deli in Long Island, New York and pointed it to the clerk. He fired a shot to the wall, but the clerk didn't flinch. 

The clerk then reached out under the counter and pulled out a long machete. He then chased the would-be robber out of the store and into the parking lot.

Deli clerk scared the hell out of the would-be robber since the latter didn't even look back. He kept on running until he disappear in the dark.

The clerk's quick thinking averted a potential robbery.Thanks to the giant knife purchased by the store owner a few weeks ago for protection. It was indeed a good weapon of choice.
