Chain-smoking toddler is addicted to something new

The Indonesian toddler, Ardi Rizal, first made headlines in 2012 for his habit of smoking 20 cigarettes a day; he was just four years old. A year later after his media spotlight, the now five-year-old boy is once again back in the limelight.

According to reports, the young boy is no longer a chain-smoker. However, he changed his addiction from smoking to something rather unhealthy - FATTY SNACKS!.

A documentary crew has been following the boys progress in eliminating the use of cigarettes only to discover he's now into condensed milk, and consumes three cans per day.

Some people said his addiction to junk food requires no mental effort since his mother use food as a bribe when he flew into a rage caused by nicotine withdrawal.

"When Ardi first quit smoking he would demand a lot of toys," his mother tells the Daily Mail. "He would bang his head on the wall if he couldn't get what he wanted... Now I don't give him cigarettes, but he eats a lot. With so many people living in the house it's hard to stop him from getting food."

The young boy is 13 pounds overweight as per his nutritionist's advice.

Pediatric specialist Dr. William Nawawi suggests that losing weight will be even more challenging for Rizal because his early-age smoking habits have affected hormone, insulin and glucose levels, but that it's not too late for him to turn his life around.
