Janet Lim-Napoles, the alleged mastermind of the 10 billion pork scam, was rushed to the hospital on Thursday, October 24.
Report said Napoles was suffering from nausea, vomiting, and severe stomach pain. She was transported at 1:20 am to Southern Luzon Hospital in Sta. Rosa Laguna, but is now back in Fort Sto. Domingo.
Napoles was regarded "stable" by her doctors after two hours, and attributed her condition to stones in her uterer.
“Based on initial findings na-attribute po itong pananakit ng tiyan at pagsusuka at kanyang paghihilo dun nga sa stones in the ureter. After testing and treatment, the subject was immediately stabilized, released and returned also in detention facility in Fort Sto. Domingo by 3:30 am also today," PNP-PIO Chief Sr. Supt. Reuben Sindac told ABS-CBN.
Reports to be submitted to the National Head Quarters of Philippine National Police and to the Court are now being prepared by the authorities.
Napoles is scheduled to show up before the Senate on the 7th of November.
